Rib lake report

Rib Lake

The colder weather means fish are being caught from the lower layers of the lake with solid bags and minimal bait working best.

Favourite baits on Rib this week are currently:- Mainline cell boilies, chopped nash scopex squid boilies and mixed pellet in solid bags

Carp ranging anywhere from 20lb-38lbs

Pike fishing now open! Ranging 6lbs to a massive 25lbs!


Millennium Lake report

Anglers reporting up to 10 catches each!

Fly`s working at the moment are:- white cat whiskers, red and black buzzer, pink and yellow fab, black snake

Book now to avoid disappointment!

A beginner pond with a range of small fish including Roach, Rudd, Perch, Gudgeon and even the odd Carp!

Fish ranging from 1lb to 3lbs

Favourite baits yellow maggots and worms

Westmill lake report

Westmill Lake

Favourite baits on Westmill this week have been sweetcorn, worms, and groundbait

Westmill lake is still fishing well. Bream weighing in at 4-10lb, carp up to 12lbs – 16lbs, pike also coming out on lures up to 15lb

Barbel and chubb coming from higher sections of the river on feeders with ground bait and liquid mixed together

All fishing tickets can now be booked online!

Booking

Fishing tickets are now available for purchase online (for day tickets please select 1 where it says no. of nights in the booking process). For the foreseeable future day time fishing tickets are available for purchase from the tackle shop using card payment only. We now take card on the bankside and are encouraging use of card as payment instead of cash. Tickets will only be available for purchase between 8am and 4pm  from the tackle shop. 

We now charge for guests of anglers at £3.50 each person (5 years old and under free). Rib Lake anglers can have 1 guest only and Westmill Lake anglers can have up to 3 guests.

To book fishing tickets please choose which lake you wish to fish from the drop down box below and choose the dates required when booking day tickets please select 1 where it says no. of nights in the booking process .You will be redirected to three lakes campsite booking system. If a date is Red this means it is fully booked. If you wish to check availability or book for a group or if you have any queries or questions please call the fishing shop on 01920 462200 or email fishing@threelakes.co.ukPlease note you cannot reserve fishing tickets without paying in full.

You can still purchase tickets from the fishing shop on the day from the tackle shop subject to availability on the day.

Under no circumstances do we reserve swims or specific pegs. It is on a first come first served basis. A night fishing ticket is strictly for 24 hours. If at the end of your 24 hours you want to continue fishing you will have to purchase a new ticket. You MUST arrive before 5pm otherwise you will NOT be allowed to fish and forfeit any money paid. 

Make sure you book the right lake!!

It is very unlikely we will be able to change your booking after you have booked it!!

Rib Lake = 12 Acres with a good stock of Carp – Max 16 night fishing spots per night

Westmill Lake = 2.75 Acres general coarse lake – Max 10 night fishing spots per night

Millennium Lake = 5 Acres fly fishing lake. 

Kingfisher pond = 0.5 acre pond aimed at youngsters and novices but open to all.
